Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Posh Paillette!  

We want you to be happy with your Paillette purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your order, or if the item is determined to be defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 DAYS of receipt and we will happily repair or replace it at no cost.  Our return policy is strict due to the "custom" and "made-to-order" nature of Posh Paillette's designer merchandise.  Please be cognizant of this when placing your order. 

To be eligible for a return, please send a written request stating the reason for return via email to:  info@poshpaillette.com.  You will be responsible for return shipping to Posh Paillette.  Your item must be unworn/unused/unaltered, with tags, labels attached and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your original receipt along with your contact information.  Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged by the customer and we are not responsible for any return packages not received or damaged in transit.  All refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment.  We also cannot refund any international duties and taxes. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@poshpaillette.com.  If your return is accepted, we will send you a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All return packages are to be prepaid (we do not accept COD) and clearly marked with the assigned RA# (return authorization) and Order #.  It is VERY IMPORTANT that you return any jewelry or delicate items in a protected package, with insurance and tracking.  Posh Paillette does NOT accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased using a promotional code. 

Also, from time to time, we may experience a glitch on our website and the item that you purchased is no longer available.  Should this occur, you will be notified immediately and given a full refund for that item, or you are welcome to put it toward another item on our website.
